Sessions

Like many of us, my first encounters with astrology were stoked by existential questions ringing loud in my youth: who am I and where am I going? We each seek the answers to these questions in all kinds of places, and often find pieces of them strewn throughout our past, already meeting the present and creating our futures. Astrology, like a great celestial clock bridging the three faces of time, makes a natural guide.

An astrological chart is a living, breathing being evolving long past (and long before!) its physical manifestation. Interpretation is a conversation with the chart as it moves through time and we grow, change, and relate. When we build a relationship with our chart, our alignment illuminates the depths of ourselves and the world in which we are so exquisitely interconnected. 

Each approach to the natal chart and its many interwoven charts is infinitely and uniquely edifying. I suggest you:

  • Begin with a natal chart consultation to establish a relationship with your chart.

  • Return for personal forecasts to look ahead at a month, season, or even decades!

  • Visit around your solar return to see how your birthday sun lights up your year.

  • Consider the Changing Light Series if you want to connect more deeply to your personal astrology through 4 seasonal forecast readings, a solar return reading, and year-long support for any questions that come up in between. We’ll go beyond horoscopes to begin living and learning our astrology as we align with our own seasons and cycles.

  • When you book a session with me, you will provide your exact time, date, and location of birth from which I will pull up a chart of the sky above you for that moment.

    Before our session, I will spend time studying the relationships between the major celestial bodies in your chart, and how and where these relationships may be reflected in your life experience.

    During our session, I will go over the most standout energies in your chart and we will have a conversation around how they are manifesting, and have manifested, in your life. This can be a deeply personal and intimate conversation, though how deep we go is up to you and your level of comfort. I am trauma-informed and consent is of the utmost importance to me– I will never push the conversation in a direction you do not want to go.

    After the session, I will send you a recording of the consultation, should you choose to have one made.

    A natal chart reading is an affirmation of your unique experience, gifts, and challenges. The chart is a portrait of your spirit, and as such, it is not something we can completely cover in one session, regardless of how long! I am happy to cover specific areas of the chart and life topics upon request.

    Demi sessions are also available for follow-ups, deeper dives into specific questions, and transit check-ins.

    Natal Chart Consultations are 75 minutes and priced on a sliding scale- $97.50/$120/$135

    Demi Readings are 40 minutes long and priced $66.

  • Applying a variety of astrological timing techniques to your natal chart, I will provide a personalized look at what is to come in the timespan you choose (as immediate as the month ahead to decades ahead– your choice!)

    Through transits, I pair the contemporary astrological weather with your chart to determine how the planetary cycles might affect you as an individual. We’ll look back to look ahead- investigating how the same cycles have manifested in the past to determine how they might progress into the future. Using progressions and profections we will get a sense of the long-term life seasons you may be in and the shorter-term chapters that will begin, build up, or close.

    On a practical level, forecast readings provide celestial navigation. We explore the areas of life that will be highlighted during a given period– where there will be difficulties, where there may be opportunities, and what aspects of our lives will undergo change, reevaluation, restructuring, or expansion.

    Understanding the weather allows us to determine when and how to show up– when to rest, when to let go, when to sow seeds, when to act, and when to give our all. By aligning with the astrological energies at play, we are in collaboration with the cosmos, where challenges need not be struggled against, but worked with. Transits, whether harmonious or difficult, are simply seasons with endpoints. Understanding this allows us to seize opportunities with intention and accept the seasons of our lives with grace. 

    The smaller the timespan we look at, the more granular we can get, i.e. a month-ahead forecast may highlight specific days of opportunities or challenges, whereas a year-ahead will discuss overall themes in broader strokes.

    $165- 1 hour 15 minutes

    You may add a solar return reading for $75 which will extend your consultation time to 2 hours and add layers of insight.

  • Once a year, within a day of your birthday, Sol returns to the place he was when you were born. This moment is encapsulated in your solar return chart and provides insight into how your year will unfold, as this is the start of your own, personal, new year.

    As we become another year older, a different area of life, or house, comes into focus, and with it, a different planet, or timelord. We will begin our session by discussing your timelord, whom you will be relating to most closely throughout the year, based on annual profections (an ancient astrological timing technique). We will discuss the relationship you have with that planet through your natal chart and how that may develop throughout the year.

    Simillar to a forecast session, we will discuss the overarching themes that will come up and assess what areas of life will draw focus, as well as how easeful or challenging the year may be to experience. We will focus on the solar return chart, yearly and monthly profections, and key activations within the scope of the year and hone in on the most pertinent transits, with the guidance of your timelord.

    If you would like a more comprehensive forecast reading that looks at all major transits as well as progressions alongside a solar return reading, you may book a forecast session and add a solar return reading, extending your consultation time. Forecast sessions may also be booked for varying time periods from a one month forecast to a decade ahead or more.

  • The Changing Light Series is for those who want to connect more deeply to their personal astrology in a year-long container through seasonal consultations, monthly new moon circles, and year-long text and voice support for any questions that come up in between.

    Through reconnecting with Taino practices and taking on a more embodied approach to astrology, I have learned that intention-setting and reflection is at once more gentle, intuitive, and meaningful when it is aligned with lunar and solar cycles. By ritually meeting around the equinoxes and solstices, we’ll go beyond horoscopes to begin living and learning astrology through attunement with our own seasons and cycles.
